EA’s NCC Nepal cadet visits Sri Lanka for Youth Exchange Program

Einstein Academy (EA), Kamana Rai, first batch of National Cadet Corps (NCC) from the Academy, visited Sri Lanka to participate in the Youth Exchange Program (YEP) held from October 13 to 24, 2016.

The YEP team led by two Liaison Officers was accompanied by total 12 cadets (6 each boys and girls) from Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya (Sallaghari, Bhaktapur, Chitwan and Pokhara), Bijeshwori Gyan Mandir Sainik Mahavidyalaya & Viswa Niketan had accompanied her during the visit.

NCC Cadets from Nepal, Bangadesh, India, Pakistan and Maldives had visited Sri Lanka to participate in the Programme which is held on behalf of Hermann Loos Challenge Trophy. Chief Advisor Major General Ramindra Chhetri Ph.D. had also visited Sri Lanka to observe the Programme.

During the YEP, NCC Nepal Cadets visited major cities of Sri Lanka such as Colombo, Kandy, Rantembe and other beautiful tourist destinations.

They also got opportunity to interact with Sri Lankan Commander of the Army, Commander of the Navy, and Commander of the Air Force and the delegation head of different south Asian countries, according to NCC Nepal.
